My key broke inside the front door deadbolt and Ian came out within 15 minutes to help me out, he was friendly, kind and reasonably price, he managed to extract to broken key, which later on turned out to be the wrong key and he waited patiently enough to see that I opened the door before leaving, thank you Ian for all your support.
The ignition suddenly stopped turning on my old Chevy Camaro and the key was stuck in it and started to have thought I’ll have to tow the car to the mechanic, but just before I did I remembered Micah from Cleveland Door & Lock who did a great job for me at my office couple of weeks ago and gave him a call, he said he would be happy to come and help but he was kind a busy at that moment and promise he would call later on to check up on me, Micha called couple of hours later and said he can be there in 30 minutes, when he showed up he took apart the ignition and managed to fix it, I would strongly recommend this guy he really saved me big time!

The main storage door at our office wasn’t locking properly and we needed it fixed by the end of the day, Asher was our technician, he was very professional and also reasonably priced, he quoted his price upfront and fixed the problem quickly. Gabby came out to fix a jammed lock on our patio sliding glass door, he was really nice and friendly, worked neatly and replaced the faulty lock with a new one, then cleaned up everything after he was done and even advised me on a sliding door security bar that could really upgrade the overall security. The price was exactly what he quoted over the phone and I felt very comfortable having him in my home, excellent service, would not hesitate to hire again.
Ian at Cleveland Door & Lock came out the same day rekeyed 8 doors at our office after was had a security breach our building, Ian was upfront with his price, which was totally fair and got the job done in the most quick and professional manner, we are very happy with the service and would absolutely recommend him.
