After one of my employees quit and left without returning his set keys, I’ve decided to rekey all the locks in order to prevent him from coming back and vandalizing the place. Asher came out quickly and instantly start to work on it, he got the job completed within an hour and provides as much keys as we needed. Asher is very reliable and professional and we would absolutely recommend his work and all the guys at Cleveland Door & Lock.
I booked them because of the great reviews and Ian showed up quickly, he was very friendly and had great pricing. I needed to replace the locks on the front door after my last roommate left the house in an unpleasant way and Ian made the whole process simple, fast and reasonably priced, highly recommended.

Jacob was fantastic, he came out last night on short notice and rekeyed our front and back doors for a very reasonable price, Jacob was kind, friendly and worked quickly. I used this locksmith company today and I’m really pleased with their service and feel I have to share my experience, Asher their technician arrived within 30 minutes like they said, quoted a very fair price and had my apartment door unlocked in just seconds. I called on a Sunday morning to schedule an appointment and to my big surprise they were able to come right away. Joseph came over an hour later and did a fantastic job, very professional and super fast he was able to replace couple of old deadbolts and install 3 new doorknobs, he also made few adjustments on the door that leads to the garage and now it closed perfectly. This guys are great and I’ll definitely use them again, thanks!
I couldn’t be happier with their service, fast respond and very professional, Ian came out to change a faulty lock and to rekey my entire house and did a very good job. I had called around for quotes couple days before and their estimate was better than any other company I’ve checked with and Ian charged me the exact amount they’ve quoted, overall he is a great guy, very easy to deal with and very professional, would definitely hire again and would highly recommend them!

Micha from Cleveland Door & Lock was incredible, truly one of the most honest people I’ve ever met! He came out to help me when my car key fob stopped working, he showed up exactly when he said he would and was very honest about the fob issue and quickly reprogramed and got it back to life, he could easily sell me a new one instead but as I said he’s a truly honest guy and you can fully trust him, thanks again, Micha!
