I called very early in the morning and their technician came exactly at 7 AM like they said he would. He managed to fix my front door deadbolt in less than 10 minutes and doubled checked it before he left, the price was fair and even less than I’ve expected and overall it couldn’t have been done in a better way, thanks you guys!
I was really impressed with the service, Asher arrived earlier than expected and quickly programmed a new key fob for my 2019 Audi TT, super professional and speedy service at a very cheap price comparing it to the dealer, couldn’t ask for more, thanks you very much Asher you’re the best!
My husband and I just moved into our own apartment and Jacob did a great service for us, he came by to install our new Schlage keypad deadbolt and handle locks and was incredibly awesome! He showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently, got it perfectly done in a very short time and the new locks look and work just perfect. I couldn’t get my car open with my key fob, I wasn’t locked out but still wanted to get a replacement, called Cleveland Door and Lock and Asher came out pretty quick, they said between 30 -40 minutes, but he arrived after just 20 minutes, which was absolutely amazing 30 minutes. Asher quoted a very fair price upfront and got the job perfectly done within 30 minutes or so, outstanding service, very honest and reliable guy, would definitely use and recommend this company.
Asher came the same day we called and rekey all the locks, inside and out, at our new office. He was super polite and super quick, managed to rekey 9 doors in total and made us also 2 copies of a master key that opens all doors, his price was just right and we really happy with the results, thank you Asher for the outstanding experience.
I locked myself out of my house and the wonderful guys from Cleveland Door & Lock literally saved me, they’ve answered my call right a way although it was almost 11pm, Gabby was the technician how took the call and showed up at my place in under 25 minutes, he was calm, professional and did an amazing job at a very fair price considering the time. Gabby got the door open within a few minutes and without any damage, super friendly and helpful service, definitely recommend him.

Hiring Joseph from Cleveland Door & Lock to upgrade few locks at our retail store was the most inform decision we took. Joseph was punctual and always showed up on time, he is very knowledgeable and offer several options for increasing the security, He installed two high-security deadbolt locks that are fully compatible with the commercial lever handles installed on the door, and also installed 2 smart access control keypad locks on two other doors.
