Joseph came over and changed the locks after I moved into my new home, he was very professional, his pricing was honest and upfront, he executed the job quickly and did a very efficient job, he made sure I was satisfied with the final results and I would definitely recommend his work.
When the key to my 2005 GMC Yukon got stuck in the ignition, I called Cleveland Door & Lock and they sent Leon right away to help me, he explained the issue in a very clear way, gave me a fair price and replaced the ignition cylinder right there on the spot. Leon took his time to test everything and make sure it was working perfectly, the whole process took about an hour and a half and the whole time Leo was very respectful and professional, highly recommend him without a doubt!

The lock on our patio sliding door was misaligned and wouldn’t engage properly, Ian from Cleveland Door & Lock came and fixed the problem right away, he replaced the entire mechanism and adjusted the door perfectly so it slides smoothly now and locks properly again, totally professional and completely fairly priced, highly recommend these guys!
