Jacob helped me get into my gun safe after it jammed he handled everything like a pro and used a safe and clean method to crack it open I felt very relaxed throughout the whole service and once the safe was open he helped me set up a new code for it my safe works great again and I truly appreciated his patient and respectful attitude the price was absolutely affordable and I really grateful for the service thank you so much Cleveland Door & Lock for the great experience.
