Called Cleveland Door & Lock and was told the locksmith would arrive within 30 minutes, but Jacob showed up in just 15, quickly gave me his estimate which was totally fair, got the door open and within minutes had me back inside my home, very friendly, skilled, extremely professional, definitely deserve a 5-star review and my deep appreciations, thank Jacob!
