The lock on our patio sliding door was misaligned and wouldn’t engage properly, Ian from Cleveland Door & Lock came and fixed the problem right away, he replaced the entire mechanism and adjusted the door perfectly so it slides smoothly now and locks properly again, totally professional and completely fairly priced, highly recommend these guys!
