Joseph did an excellent job changing a faulty privacy indicator door lock at our restaurant, they were very responsive and he showed up within 20 minutes, very professional service, friendly and easy going technician and the price was fair and reasonable, we highly recommend Cleveland Door & Lock and would definitely be using their services again, thanks so much Joseph!
