I accidentally locked myself out and Micha from Cleveland Door & Lock was at my place in less than 15 minutes, he was really calm which helped a lot because I was pretty stressed up, he managed to open the door without damaging anything and also provided very useful tips how to avoid this from happening again, his price was totally reasonable and he was very honest and personable, thank again Micha for your great efforts.
