Our shop main door wasn’t locking properly and the mortise lock was barely turning, this morning it was a big concern because it really delaying our opening. Ian from Cleveland Door & Lock came out that same afternoon to assist us. he was very professional, spotted the issue right away and explained what was wrong with the lock mechanism, then he went out to get all the necessary parts he needed from his van and quickly got it fixed. Ian’s pricing was upfront and totally fair and he made sure everything worked smoothly before he left. I would definitely call them again with any future issues I’ll might have.
