I called Cleveland Door & Lock for a second opinion about a smart keypad lock and their customer represented on the phone said that a locksmith technician will call me back to answer all of my question. 5 minutes late Joseph was on the line and he was very kind and patient to answer all my questions and made me feel so comfortable I hired him! Joseph set up the appointment for the same day, came out on time with the new lock and sis a fantastic job installing it, he also took the time to guide me how to set it up and use its app and he also gave me a full year warranty for the job and the lock, I really can’t thank him enough!
