I needed a professional help when I was installing a new smart lock on my residence front door. Apparently the latch got jammed and couldn’t solve it by myself. Found these guys online and called them, their technician arrived after 25 minutes and got it done including programming and configuring it on my iPhone. Excellent experience and would definitely recommend them!
I lost the key to my truck and Joseph was able cut an program a new one for a cheaper price than the dealership!
I called Cleveland Door & Lock and quickly made an appointment to rekey 4 locks. 5 minutes later Jacob called and ask if he can come within the next 15 min and I couldn’t be more happy about it. He removed the locks and changed the pins to match the new key, he also made 3 copies of the new key. very professional and also great price . I was very impressed by Ian’s service, quick and efficient and he is such a gentleman! I needed to unlock and rekey my apartment front door after my key refused to turn inside the deadbolt. It was my only key and it was already old and worn out. Ian was at my apartment within 20 minutes of my call, he was great and he got the job done within half an hour. Price was reasonable and I would recommend Ian anytime!

I’ve accidentally locked my keys in my apartment and took an Uber to work because I was already late. When I’ve arrived to work I called these guys and scheduled an appointment. Joseph showed up on time and it took him couple of minutes to open the door and he charged me exactly the same price they’ve quoted over the phone! Highly recommend!
Someone broke into my 2012 Honda Accord and screwdriver but except of the damage they did not succeed. Now I need to replace the ignition so I’ve made my research and Cleveland Door & Lock were the most responsive and also the cheapest around! Service was amazing and Ian was awesome! He answered my call quickly and came within 10 minutes. It took tool him lees than 5 minutes to open the door after I’ve lost my key. He recommended to rekey the the locks for my own safety and he gave me a great discount too!
