Excellent and fast service! I went out to pick up some groceries to realize I didn’t have my car keys… they were in my car!! found Cleveland Door & Lock on facebook and texted them, immediately I got a call back from Ian, the technician. From moment I hung up the phone to the moment my car was opened it was roughly 30 minutes! Thanks Ian you’re the best!
The technician arrived 20 minutes after calling , he was prompt and courteous, unlocked my car and price was reasonably fair! I would recommend them to anyone in needs of a locksmith.
Joseph was incredibly fast and professional! He also was very understanding with my COVID-19 concerns and wore a mask the entire time! He arrived on time to our Re-Key appointment!
