Cleveland Door and Lock technician was quick, very responsive, well priced and very easy going. He worked quickly and efficiently and managed to get me back inside my house after I’ve locked myself out last night. I would definitely call him for help if it happens again.
My brother lost he’s car key so I called Cleveland Door & Lock and they responded to my call right away. The dispatcher at the office was very nice and the technician came to the car location and made the new key fast. I hope we will not need this service again but I definitely recommend this locksmith company if your car key ever lost thank you guys you are the best!

Don’t call other companies Cleveland Door & Lock is your business, they did a great job when they rekeyed 6 locks in my house. The technician total professional and working, the price reasonably and for sure I’d hire him again. He gave me great advice and did amazing work thanks guys.

I was looking for a local locksmith in my area and I found this company they gave me a reasonable up front price and he showed up in under 15 minutes, my car door was open after 5 minutes. I called today about changing locks in my house and Mike came out after 25min and the job was done quickly. He was amazing and also called ahead before he arrived. He told me the price in advance so no one be surprises. I will definitely recommended Mike and I will use hem in the future.
Monday night I locked out of my house and I tried to open the lock by myself and go in from the window, I also kick down the door but its didn’t work. I called Cleveland Door & Lock and they said the technician be at my house in 30 min. He came here in less than 20 min and got me back into the house. He was really professional and he picked the lock fast also I was able to use the 10% off coupon so I got a great deal.
My F-150 key fob was completely broken at the construction site I was working at and I had to leave the place in order to make it on time to see another customer. The service was very professional and Joseph worked around our schedule, very professional and efficient. We highly recommend this company.
I called this morning at 10am and set up an appointment, Joseph was able to show up at our office within an hour. He installed a new alarm lock system and also replace 2 file cabinet locks. Great service at a Great price, would definitely hire them again!
