I had an emergency when I locked us out of the car, luckily Ian was very responsive and was able to come immediately. Fast quote and super fast hand work he was able to get us back in within seconds. Jacob was very helpful and respond immediately to my situation, showed up after exactly 20 minutes and was able to open the door without causing damages! Ian was fantastic, he called me back a minute after I hang up with his office and said he can come right away because his upcoming appointment was cancelled. He showed up after 15 minutes to rekey all the locks at my new apartment. I got 4 internal doorknobs and the front door deadbolt and handle rekeyed under an hour. I feel much safer now in my new home thanks to Ian and Cleveland Door & Lock. Highly recommend!

Great service and top quality work! Joseph was very personable and manage to come the same day. Joseph arrived within the 2 hours timeframe and rekeyed 6 deadbolt locks at my commercial property. Joseph made me a master key that opens all the locks and double checked that everything was working flawlessly before he left!
I locked my BMW keys inside the trunk and Ian came out here in no time. It is not easy to unlock a BMW but Ian is a pro. He was very friendly and he succeeded to open the door on his second try! Overall he charged me a very reasonable price! Thank you Ian!
