I called because my key got stuck in the front door deadbolt lock and they responded quickly, Micha was my tech and he arrived exactly when he said he would, he managed to pull out the key without damaging the lock, but it has not ended there, he removed the lock and examined it most comprehensively, then he decided it needed some fixing and replaced the cylinder right on the spot, Micha was very professional explained everything as he went along and got everything done in no time, I’d recommend Micha for sure.
