Ian was absolutely great when he showed up early within the scheduled appointment time frame and got the job  done in a very quick manner. Ian did an outstanding job changing all of our locks in our new home inside and out, more importantly he installed Mul-T-Lock high security locks on both front and back doors. His pricing was fair and reasonable and we are very pleased with his service and would highly recommend him.
