Ian from Cleveland Door & Lock came out promptly and changed my front door locks with Schlage Encode smart lock set he did an excellent job including connecting the locks to my Wi-Fi and to my phone showed me how to set and change access codes, and was very patient till I got everything right not taken for granted and totally appreciated I’m really happy I chose Cleveland Door & Lock.

Tom is truly a fantastic and very knowledgeable locksmith I had trouble with multiple locks at my property and he diagnosed each issue and got it fixed instantly he explained each lock problem in simple and very clear manner and quoted detailed and totally affordable price upfront the entire service felt very professional and Tom was very respectful and friendly I am extremely pleased with the results and would highly recommend him.
