I just had a fantastic experience with Gabby from Cleveland Door & Lock, he was able to fix a mortise lock mechanism on our front glass door at our store, all in under an hour and perfectly executed. Gabby showed up promptly and clearly explained the repair and the costs, after he was done he made sure everything was working right and that we are fully satisfied with his service, thanks again guys.
