I called Cleveland Door & Lock for a second opinion about a smart keypad lock and their customer represented on the phone said that a locksmith technician will call me back to answer all of my question. 5 minutes late Joseph was on the line and he was very kind and patient to answer all my questions and made me feel so comfortable I hired him!
